• Grade / Class – Your current grade level
• Age / Date of Birth – Your age and date of birth for category placement
• School Name – The name of your school or educational institution
• City / Country – Your current location
• Parent / Guardian Name – Name of your parent or legal guardian
• Parent Contact Number – Active phone number for communication
• Email ID – Valid email address for updates and results

Artwork Details

🎨 Your Creation Information

• Category / Group – Select your age category: A B C
• Chosen Theme – Select from the provided theme options for your artwork
• Medium Used – Specify the art medium (Oil Pastel, Water Color, etc.)
• Artwork Title / Description – Give your artwork a title and brief description
• Paper Size – Confirm your artwork is on the required size (A3 / Quarter Imperial)

Upload Section

📤 Submit Your Artwork

• Upload Artwork Image – High-quality photo of your artwork (JPG/PNG, max 10MB)
• Optional: Child's Photo with Artwork – A photo of you with your completed artwork

Make sure your artwork is well-lit and the entire artwork is visible in the frame.

Payment Section

💳 Registration Fee

• Participation Fee – Pay the required participation fee
• Transaction ID / Screenshot Upload – Provide proof of payment
• Payment Mode – Select your payment method (UPI / Card / Bank Transfer)

Submit Your Registration

Review all details and click Submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

After submission, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with your registration number
• Instructions for the contest day
• Information about results announcement
